the (failed) results of the world's least ethical superhuman experiment ever are best friends forever and they save the city every day, yay! there are also supervillains with lots of unresolved trauma who do bad things, like stealing shipwrecks or building freeze rays or blowing up buildings or taking everyone ever's free will away!

a paralegal who is numb to everything and dissatisfied with her life has her debilitating fear of fractals justified over the course of one miserable, nightmare-filled month. why? a sentient kaleidoscope who is high all the time keeps putting her miserable coworkers who are even more dissatisfied with their lives into comas. as one does.it's totally a functional metaphor for escapism and how you should make real changes in your life if you're unhappy. Clear As Glass currently lives in a LibreOffice document titled "what if ace attorney sucked"
